Weekly planning helps you plan objectives for the upcoming week. In the app, you are prompted to plan on Monday mornings by default, but you can change it in the account settings. This ritual consists of first setting objectives and then journaling about the upcoming week.

The Weekly Review ritual gives you a sense of how you spend your time and whether you meet your objectives for the week. The weekly review consists of reviewing your objectives, reviewing work for the day, and reflecting on the past week.

The Daily Kanban consists of daily task columns with all your to-dos and meetings. The feature lets you lock a day into view, access the planning or reflection rituals, and add a new task.

Tasks can be reordered by dragging and dropping them around, and incomplete tasks will roll over into the next day at midnight. The timeboxing feature allows you to plan your day by dragging tasks from your lists to auto-schedule them onto your calendar app.

You can set a time estimate before adding a new task to your calendar to ensure the created calendar event has the correct duration. This helps me understand my workload and the timings between meetings on a given day.
